Completed: 2006 Type: Mixed-use Size: 33 units / 3,500sf retail / 84,000sf total Description: The Boston Centennial is a 33 unit, mixed commercial and residential building, located in the heart of Old Town Pasadena. The original building was constructed in 1905. When the building was purchased, it was in a terrible state. It needed it be restored, with many safety dangers including a caving roof. The process of restoration began by building a concrete building inside the original structure, while maintaining the historic exterior. The transformation of the Boston Centennial was completed in 2006. It was offered to the public as 18 lofts and 15 townhouses, facing the Rose Parade route. Address: 35 N. Raymond Ave, Pasadena, CA
